Ingredients: 1 (1 lb.) jar sauerkraut, liquid removed; 1 quart. relish; 1 c. coarsely minced lg. Spanish onion; 1/2 c. coarsely minced green pepper; 1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos, liquid removed; 1 c. sugar; 1 c. cider vinegar

1 quart. relish
1 c. coarsely minced lg. Spanish onion
1/2 c. coarsely minced green pepper
1 (2 ounce.) jar pimentos, liquid removed
1 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Toss lightly, till well blended. Store in tightly covered 1 qt jar in refrigerator 24 hrs before serving. Keeps about 2 weeks.
