Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 tbsp. sliced green onion
- 2 c. sauerkraut
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 potatoes
- 4 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Pare and cook potatoes. Meanwhile, combine sauerkraut and onion. Add in soup; place in 2 qt casserole. Brown hamburger; drain. Spoon over sauerkraut. Drain potatoes; mash with lowfat milk, butter, salt and pepper. Spread over hamburger; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in warm oven (400 degrees) for 25-30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
