Directions
- Cook sausage and onion till browned. Drain; add in kraut, cream cheese, mustard, pepper, Large eggs, bread crumbs, fine bread crumbs, parsley, salt, flour and lowfat milk. Chill a couple of hrs or possibly overnight. Shape into balls and deep fry till golden. Double recipe makes approximately 66 3/4 inch balls.
