Ingredients
- 3 to 4 pound pork roast or possibly pork ribs (either)
- 1 lg. onion (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pts. sauerkraut
Directions
- Place meat in roaster. Place sauerkraut smothered over, salt, pepper and onions over top. 2 qts water over. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes.
