  • 1 x Shallot -- minced fine
  • 1 c. Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
  • 1/2 c. Dry red wine
  • 1 c. Brown sauce -- warm (see

Directions

  1. Place butter, shallots, and mushrooms in a saucepan. Cook slowly till all liquid from mushrooms disappears. Add in wine and continue to simmer till wine is reduced by half. Stir in warm brown sauce and simmer for 30 to 40 min.
