  • 1 Kilo of Maya Maya (or any fish you desire)
  • 2 Small Eggs, beaten and with water
  • Small Onion
  • Garlic
  • Tomato
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Wash and clean the fish Maya Maya.
  2. Smother the fish with salt
  3. Fry them until brown. Set aside.
  4. Saute the diced garlic, onion, and tomato and add the beaten egg with water into the saute.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Plate the fish on a platter and top with the egg sauce.
  7. Serve.
