this dip goes well for many occasions, an impromptu party, tailgaiting, a potuck at work. We affectionately call it "Crack dip" because once you take the first bite you can"t stop

Directions

  1. in large skillet or pot brown the sausage, draining off any excess grease
  2. add 1 pkg of cream cheese and 1 can of Rotel. Stir gently until crean cheese is completely meted and all ingredients mixed well.
  3. this will produce a very thick dip, if you like your dip a little creamier then add the second pkg of cream cheese and can of Rotel untill all ingredients are melted and mixed well.
  4. I usually serve this in a small crock pot if I am at home, if not, then in a decorative dish with chips on the side
