Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork, cubed as for stew
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. water
- Dash garlic salt
- Dash celery salt
Directions
- Mix all together in heavy roaster, covered. Don't brown meat first. After baking 2 hrs, occasionally take out of oven and break up meat with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs. Serve on sandwich buns.
