Directions

  1. Combine dates, sugar and butter in pan; cook 5 min over low heat. Cold some. Add in egg, lowfat milk, vanilla and salt; mix, heat through. Cold some. Pour into mixing bowl. Add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Cold in refrigerator. Roll into balls, then roll in coconut. Store on waxed paper in covered container.
