Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 doz. warm dog buns
  • 9 Large eggs
  • 1 quart. half & half
  • 1 can raspberry pie filling (20 ounce.)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • Splash of vanilla

Directions

  1. Tear bread into chunks and divide bread into 2 parts. Place 1 part into very large baking dish (larger than 9 x 13 inch pan) and spread pie filling on top. Follow with remaining bread.
  2. In another bowl mix Large eggs, half & half, sugar and vanilla together. Pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs, till pudding is set and browned.
