Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/3 c. soy sauce (lite)
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt (opt.)
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon each black & red pepper
Directions
- Marinade overnight or possibly up to 2 days.
- This is especially good if you cut a turkey breast in hunks and marinade overnight then grill.
