  1. Line jelly roll pan with foil. Cover bottom of pan with saltines. Heat butter and sugar over medium/low heat. Stir constantly till blended. Pour over crackers. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 min. Sprinkle chips IMMEDIATELY after removing from oven.
