Ingredients
- For dough:
- 250g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 package dry yeast
- 100 ml oil
- water
- For stuffing:
- 200g cow cheese
- 100g sour cream
- 2 eggs
- salt
- dill
- pepper
- Decoration:1 egg yolk
Directions
- 1.Heat the oven.
- 2.Mix in a bowl flour,dry yeast,egg,oil,andwater till is a compact dough.
- 3.Let it chill.
- 4.Mix well thr ingredients for stuffing.
- 5.Lay the dough in a smeared tray,add stuffing and cover with dough like in the pictures.
- 6.Beat a yolk and smear the pie and insert it in the oven,
