Salted Banana Hazelnut Spread Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • ICE CREAM
  • 2 frozen banana, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Nocciolatta Hazelnut Spread
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • HONEY CHOCOLATE SAUCE
  • 4 Tablespoons honey
  • 2 Tablespoons dutch processed cocoa (I used Droste)
  • To makes the sauce you will need a double boiler (or just put water in one pot and then place another pot on top)
  • Over low to medium heat melt the honey and cocoa until it turns into a creamy sauce. set aside
  • 4 PP for the honey chocolate sauce per serving (2 Tablespoons)
