Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 jar salsa chunky style
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. diced tomatoes
- 1 pkg. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. tortilla chips, plain or possibly salted
Directions
- Mix softened cream cheese with half jar of salsa. Then mold into either ring on a platter or possibly in a mound. Cover with lettuce, tomatoes, then cheese. Spoon remaining salsa on top.
- If molded in a ring place chips in center. If in a mound place chips around. Scoop mix with chips. Can be prepared several hrs in advance, just chill.
