Directions

  1. Mix softened cream cheese with half jar of salsa. Then mold into either ring on a platter or possibly in a mound. Cover with lettuce, tomatoes, then cheese. Spoon remaining salsa on top.
  2. If molded in a ring place chips in center. If in a mound place chips around. Scoop mix with chips. Can be prepared several hrs in advance, just chill.
