Ingredients

  •     BREAD,
  • 1 Tbsp. yeast
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal
  • 3 Tbsp. nonfat dry lowfat milk
  • 2 tsp chili pwdr
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. white flour
  • 1 c. nonfat refried beans
  • 1 Tbsp. red chili honey
  • 1/4 c. chili oil mild
  •     egg
  • 1 c. water FILLING:
  • 12 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 2 c. salsa chunky in jar liquid removed
  • 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded or possibly Monterey Jack

Directions

  1. Put bread ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle. When cycle is done remove dough from machine and roll out and place in a 10-inch spring form pan, press dough up the sides of form pan. Spread cream cheese over the bread, then spread the salsa on top of the cream cheese, then top with the shredded cheese. Set aside and let double in size 20-40 min. Bake in preheated oven 475 degrees F. for 20-25 min. Remove side of spring form pan and serve immediately.
