This is a great set and forget recipe! I like to cook and shred my chicken the night before to save time.

  • 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and shredded)
  • 1 jar Pace Picante salsa
  • 1 block 1/3 fat free cream cheese
  • 1 small carton light sour cream
  • 1 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can mexicorn
  • 1 1 /4 cup brown rice
  • 1/2 cup of mexican shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Combine and mix all ingredience and cook on high for 3 hours.
