Directions

  1. In a blender or possibly food processor, chop onion. Add in tomatoes, chilies, lemon juice and seasonings. Blend to desired consistency. One or possibly two pulses is usually sufficient. Makes 1 1/2 pint. Serve with tortilla chips.
