Salmon With Butter & Lemon Recipe
Recipe from Craig LancasterAdd fresh herbs right AT&T the end for a bright green taste. We like a sprig of dill or a bunch of fresh parsley.
- 1 (8oz) salmon filet, with skin
- 4 Tab. Butter
- Juice of one lemon, divided
- Lemon wedges
- Salt and pepper to taste
In lg. pan, med heat, melt butter. Add fish, skin side down, and pour on half the lemon
Cover & let cook for 5 min.
Flip the fish & remove skin with tongs, then add the other half of the lemon juice. Put cover back on & cook r more min.
Serve with fresh lemon& cracked black pepper.
