  • 1 can (6 1/2 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh or possibly 1/2 teaspoon dry dill weed
  • 1 1/2 lbs. flounder or possibly sole fillets
  • 3 tbsp. dry white wine or possibly chicken broth
  • Lemon-Dill Sauce

Directions

  1. 1. Place salmon, white pepper and egg in food processor workbowl fitted with steel blade or possibly in blender container. Cover and process till smooth; stir in dill weed.
  2. 2. If fish fillets are large, cut into 6 serving pcs; pat dry. Place about 2 Tbsp. salmon mix on center of each piece fish. Roll up; place seam sides down in square dish, 8x8x2 inches. Drizzle with wine.
  3. 3. Cover tightly and microwave on high 8 to 10 min, rotating dish 1/4 turn after 5 min, till fish flakes easily with fork. Let stand covered.
  4. 4. Prepare Lemon-Dill Sauce, serve with fish.
