This dish is quick and easy and serves like a gourmet dinner. Delicious!!!!
Ingredients
- Slab of salmon
- Bottle of furikake (crushed seawood from the asian store)
- 1 1/2 cup of Yoshida sauce
- Wasabe to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- generously sprinkle furikake to cover salmon
- Bake 20 minutes
- Heat Yoshida sauce and pour over salmon
- Mix wasabe and mayo in a ziploc bag
- Poke a hole in a corner and drizzle over salmon
