Ingredients

  • 1 lb Canned salmon
  • 1 c. Cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
  • 2 tsp Green pepper, minced
  • 1 tsp -Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. ,Water

Directions

  1. Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mix. Bake 30 mins @ 350F
  2. (180C).
