  1. Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire and horseradish. Combine beef, 1/4 c. soup mix, egg, bread crumbs, onions and seasonings. Shape into patties. Brown patties. Pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup mix, water and some parsley flakes. Cover, cook over low heat 20 min.
