Ingredients
- 6 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. juice from fruit
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipping cream or possibly topping
Directions
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, egg and juice. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Cold. Mix in whipped cream or possibly topping.
