Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 3 Large eggs
Directions
- Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Mix vinegar and water and slowly add in to the beaten Large eggs. Season with salt and slowly add in to sugar mix. Cook till thick.
