Ingredients

  • 9 full size graham crackers (made into crumbs)
  • 3 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (5 ounce.) pkg. vanilla pudding (cooked)
  • 3-4 (1 1/4 ounce.) chocolate candy bars
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Line bottom of 1 1/2-qt glass baking dish with 1/3 of the cracker crumbs. Using the 3 1/4 c. lowfat milk, cook the pudding as directed on package. Cold 5 min.
  2. Spread 1/2 of the pudding over crackers. Top with second layer (1/3 c.) of crackers. place the candy bars on crackers. Spread remaining pudding over candy. Top with third layer of crackers. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil till golden. Serve hot or possibly chilled.
