Ingredients: 1 c. Sugar; 2/3 c. Butter; 2 c. Flour; 2 x Large eggs; 1 lb Whole pecans; 1 lb Dates, minced; 1 lb Raisins; 1 tsp Cinnamon; 1 tsp Cloves; 1 tsp Baking soda dissolved in; 1/4 c. Warm water (cooled); 1/4 c. Bourbon

Ingredients

1 lb Dates, minced
1 lb Raisins
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cloves
1 tsp Baking soda dissolved in
1/4 c. Warm water (cooled)
1/4 c. Bourbon

Directions

Mix all ingredients & drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 min.
Yields 7 dozen.
