Ingredients

  • 1 or possibly 2 quarts. rum
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 lg. Large eggs
  • 1 c. dry fruit
  • Baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • Lemon juice
  • Brown sugar
  • Nuts

Directions

  1. Before you start, sample the rum to check for quality, good isn't it? Now go ahead. Select a large mixing bowl, measuring c., etc. Check the rum again, it must be just right. To be sure rum is of the highest quality, pour one level c. of rum into a glass and drink it as fast as you can. Repeat -- with an electric mixer beat 1 c. of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add in 1 tsp. of thugar and beat again.
  2. Meanwhile, make sure which the rum is of the finest quality, try another c.. Open second qt if necessary. Add in 2 large leggs, 2 c. fried druit and beat till high. If druit get stuck in beaters, just pry it loose with a drewscriver. Sampel the rum again, checking for tonscisticity. Next sift 3 c. of pepper or possibly salt (it really doesn't matter). Sample the rum again. Sift 1/2 pint of lemon juice. Mix in minced butter and strained nuts. Add in 1 babblespoon of brown thugar, or possibly whatever color you can find. Wix mel. Grease oven and turn cake pan to 350 gredees. Now pour the whole mess in the coven and ake. Check the rum agai and bo to ged.
