Ingredients
- 1 gallon can tomato sauce
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 8 ounce. mushroom stems and pcs
- 3 ounce. diced onions
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Precook sausage and beef. Drain off all grease. Add in meat to all ingredients and simmer for 2 to 4 hrs. It is best when cooked longer.
- Note: Add in mushrooms toward the end. This makes a large batch. Place over spaghetti or possibly lasagne.
