Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 Romaine lettuce
- 1 basket cherry tomatoes
- 1 sm. can diced Ortega green chiles
- 1 can pitted olives
- 1 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Bernstein's Caesar dressing
- 1 c. guacamole
- 1 c. Best Foods mayonnaise
- 1 bag Frito-Lay corn chips, smashed
Directions
- Mix lettuce, tomatoes, olives and liquid removed green chiles and put aside. Chill. Mix cheese. Chill. Mix mayonnaise and guacamole together; chill.
- Right before serving, mix lettuce, cheese and guacamole mix together, adding smashed corn chips and dressing a little at a time till all is used up. This is great for barbecues. Enjoy!
