Ingredients

3 lbs. round steak
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1/2 soup can of water
Green pepper if you like

Directions

Cut the round steak into serving sized pcs. Place raw steak into buttered casserole. Sprinkle onion soup over meat and add in soups and water. Bake in a covered dish or possibly top with foil at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Makes a rich gravy. Good served over rice or possibly potatoes. Meat may also be cubed and served as a stew
