Ingredients
1 - 14.5 oz. can fire roasted tomatoes, drained
1/3 cup chopped onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 tbs. olive or corn oil
2-3 jalapenos, roasted, seeded, chopped
juice of 2 limes
1 tbs. cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in oil.
Add to a blender with all other ingredients.
Process to desired consistency.
