Ingredients
- 12 sm Yukon Gold new potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme, crumbled
- 2 x Garlic cloves, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 F. Place the potatoes in an oven-proof pan with the oil, salt, thyme, and garlic; stir to coat. Cover pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour or possibly till cooked through. Stir several times.
- Makes 4 servings.
