Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 whl Roasted garlic head - (to 1 1/2)
- 1 c. Sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. Sliced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. Sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. Minced artichoke hearts
- 1/2 c. Garlic Sauce (see recipe)
- 3 c. Pre-cooked pasta any variety
- 2 c. Fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 c. Grated white cheese
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Saute/fry garlic in extra virgin olive oil. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and artichoke hearts. Add in Garlic Sauce, pasta, spinach and cheese. Add in more sauce, if you like, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend ingredients and serve immediately.
