Ingredients
- 1 whl bulb roasted garlic
- 2 lrg Cloves of raw garlic
- 4 Tbsp. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Dry thyme (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. Locatelli Romano, grated
Directions
- Remove the roasted cloves of garlic and place in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Make sure the everything is at room temperature.
- Process till smooth and creamy. Spread on Italian or possibly French bread. Top with grated cheese and broil till golden.
