Roadhouse cheese quesadilla

Cook time: 2 minutes	Servings: 1

Ingredients

2 (10") flour tortillas
6 oz shredded cheddar jack cheese

1/4 cup diced onion
2 oz fresh salsa

Directions

Place one tortilla on grill.
Place cheese and onion on tortilla
Top with remaining tortilla
Grill until cheese melts.
Turn and gril an additional 30 seconds
Cut into wedges and serve with salsa on the side
