Ingredients
- 2 (10") flour tortillas
- 6 oz shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 2 oz fresh salsa
Directions
- Place one tortilla on grill.
- Place cheese and onion on tortilla
- Top with remaining tortilla
- Grill until cheese melts.
- Turn and gril an additional 30 seconds
- Cut into wedges and serve with salsa on the side
