Directions

  1. Break chocolate blocks into small pcs; place in a mixing bowl. Add in marshmallows, nuts, butter, and vanilla; set aside. Combine sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, and salt in a 2-qt saucepan. Stir constantly over medium heat till mix comes to a full rolling boil. Boil and stir for 4 min. Carefully pour warm mix over the ingredients in the mixing bowl. Stir till marshmallows and the chocolate are completely melted.
  2. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cold completely. Cut into squares.
  3. Makes about 3 dozen pcs.
