Rice with bell pepper and peanuts

Ingredients

  • 1 glass rice
  • 2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red for color)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic pieces
  • 1 handful peanuts

Directions

  1. Boil the rice.
  2. While rice is boiling slice onion and bell peppers just like peanuts size. Cut very small garlic.
  3. Fry onion first with some oil, add bell peppers after onion become transparent. Add peanuts, fry a little, add garlic. Add rice and mix all.
