Rhubarb Pineapple Freezer Jam Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 c. minced fresh rhubarb
  • 1 c. undrained crushed pineapple
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkt strawberry gelatin (4-serving size)

Directions

  1. Combine rhubarb, pineapple and sugar. Bring to a boil; boil 4 min. Add in dry gelatin. Let cold. Fill jars, seal according to manufacturer's directions and freeze.
