Directions
- Pour boiling water over 4 cups raw, minced rhubarb. Mix together: 1 T flour 1 egg 1/2 c. thick sour creamDrain rhubarb and put in pie crust. Pour custard mix over rhubarb and put top crust on pie. Bake about 40 to 45 min.
