Ingredients

  • On each piece of dough (on the fat end of the crescent roll), place 1 tablespoon drained sauerkraut, 1 tablespoon Swiss cheese,
  • 8 high-quality all-beef hot dogs (I used Oscar Meyer Naturals)
  • Pizza dough or 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup sauerkraut (press in a fine-mesh strainer before measuring)
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
