Ingredients
- 2 bag , (13 ounce) mini Reese's c.
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Creamy peanut butter
- 1 c. Butter, unsalted
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- NOTE: The butter should be unsalted. If I use salted butter, I omit the salt!!!!!
- Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
- Shape dough into 1 inch balls. (buy yourself a small cookie scooper..it is the exact amount.) Place in muffin tins. I use papers...easier to handle.
- Bake 9 min at 350degrees. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter c. into center of cookie. Let cold in pans.
- Makes approx. 6 1/2 dozen goodies.
- ****do not forget to unwrap the candies!!
