  1. NOTE: The butter should be unsalted. If I use salted butter, I omit the salt!!!!!
  2. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla.
  3. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. (buy yourself a small cookie scooper..it is the exact amount.) Place in muffin tins. I use papers...easier to handle.
  4. Bake 9 min at 350degrees. Remove from oven and immediately press a peanut butter c. into center of cookie. Let cold in pans.
  5. Makes approx. 6 1/2 dozen goodies.
  6. ****do not forget to unwrap the candies!!
