Ingredients

  • 2 pkt Raspberry jello
  • 1 c. Half & half
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt Knox gelatin
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 8 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1 pkt Black raspberry jello
  • 1 can Blueberries

Directions

  1. First layer: Mix 2 Packages red raspberry jello with 2 c. warm water and 2 c. cool water. Refrigerateand set.
  2. Second layer: Heat l c. half & half and 1 c. sugar. Mix l pkg.
  3. Knox gelatin with l c. cool water and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour the two mixtures in a blender with one (8 ounce) pkag. cream cheese. Blend.
  4. Cold, pour on first layer.
  5. Third layer: l pkg black raspberry jello and l c. warm water and 1 can undrained blueberries.
