  • 1 pkt Black cherry or possibly blue/blackberry flavored (3 ounce.) gelatine
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Cool water
  • 1 1/2 c. Fresh or possibly frzn blueberries, slightly mashed
  • 1 pkt Lemon-flavored gelatine, (3oz.)
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 x Ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 c. Miniature marshmallows, optional
  • 1 pkt Strawberry-flavored gelatine, (3oz.)
  • 1 x 1 1/3 c. boiling water
  • 1 x 10 oz pa frzn strawberries
  •     Fresh berries, strawberries raspberries or possibly blueblerries for garnish

Directions

  1. 1. Dissolve blue/black gelatine in warm water.
  2. 2. Add in cool water and refrigeratetill thickened.
  3. 3. Stir in blueberries. Pour into an 8-c. mold (star-shaped is lovely) or possibly 9-c. bundt pan.
  4. 4. Refrigeratetill set, but not hard.
  5. 5. Dissolve lemon gelatine in boiling water.
  6. 6. Let cold slightly, then stir in lowfat sour cream.
  7. 7. Refrigeratetill thickened, then stir in banana slices and optional marshmallows.
  8. 8. Spoon over blueberry mix in mold.
  9. 9. Refrigeratetill set, but not hard.
  10. 10. Dissolve strawberry gelatine in boiling water.
  11. 11. Stir in frzn strawberries, stirring till fruit thaws.
  12. 12. Refrigeratetill thickened. Spoon over white mix in mold. Refrigeratetill hard or possibly overnight. Break from mold, garnish with fresh berries if you like, and serve either with whipped cream, or possibly your favorite fruit salad dressing.
  13. Makes about 8 c. - serves 12-14.
