  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons liquid red food coloring
  • For the White Chocolate-Cream Cheese Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 4 ounces white chocolate, melted and cooled to room temperature
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, sifted
