Ingredients

  • 10 x Large red chile pods
  • 1 1/2 tsp Flour
  • 4 x Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 tsp Cumino
  • 1 tsp Cilantro (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bacon drippings
  • 1 x Small onion minced
  • 1 x Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Oregano

Directions

  1. Boil chile pods in small sauce pan with 8-12 ounce of water till soft. Place chiles, oregano, onions, garlic and salt and pepper in blender. Liquefy mix. In a 2 quart. sauce pan heat bacon drippings and brown flour. Add in the chile mix and simmer for 30-45 min.
