  • 4-6 cups of sugar depending on how sweet you want it
  • 2 pouches of liquid pectin
  • For the Lemon and Rosemary Chardonnay Jelly:
  • 4 cups of wine
  • 4-6 cups of sugar depending on how sweet you want it
  • 2 pouches of liquid pectin
  • Zest and juice from one lemon
  • Rosemary sprig, leaves stripped and finely chopped
