Rava means semolina. This recipe is very easy to prepare.I tried and it came out well.

Ingredients
- Rava...........................1cup
- Sugar..........................1cup
- Cashew nut..................10
- Cardamom Powder........1/2tsp
- Grated Coconut.............2tsp
- Ghee ............................2tsp
- Water............................1/2cup
Directions
- Roast the rava,cashew nuts, coconut with ghee till it becomes golden.Heat a pan with water add sugar and boil it.When it becomes one thread string' put off the flame add to the rava. Mix it well.After 5 minutes make small sized ladus.(make ladus when the mixture is little hot)
