- 1¾ cup (265g) all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1½ sticks (¾ cup/170g) unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup (165g) sugar
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup (120ml) milk
